There will be cancellation charges i.e. 5% of the paid amount

 the rest of the amount will be credited to the original method of payment. Please allow 10 to 15 working days for the credit to appear in your account.

However, after this time period no refunds are offered and you will be delivered the product you ordered.

Only faulty or incorrectly described products are eligible for exchanges from us.

Once sent, Sale items cannot be exchanged unless we deliver the wrong order.
