Cancellation, Refund & Exchange Policy

1. Order Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation of an order within 24 hours of purchase.
- A cancellation fee of 5% of the total paid amount will be deducted.
- The remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method.
- Refund processing may take 10 to 15 working days, depending on the bank or payment provider.
After the 24-hour cancellation window:
- Orders cannot be cancelled
- No refunds will be issued
- The order will be processed and delivered as confirmed

2. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are strictly limited to the following cases:
- The product received is faulty, or
- The product received is materially different from the description or order placed
Sale items are not eligible for exchange, except where an incorrect product has been delivered by us.
To request an exchange:
- Contact customer care via email or WhatsApp
- Order ID must be provided
- Our customer care team will review the request and respond accordingly
3. Customized Products (No Returns or Refunds)
All customized or personalized products are:
- Final sale
- Not eligible for return, refund, or exchange under any circumstances
By placing a customized order, the customer acknowledges and accepts this condition.
4. Product Material Disclaimer (Wood-Based Artworks)
Our 3D multilayer plywood/MDF artworks are crafted using natural wood-based materials.
- Minor curling, warping, or surface variation may occur over time due to humidity, temperature changes, or environmental conditions
- Such natural material behavior does not constitute a defect
- These variations are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges
5. Customer Acknowledgement
By placing an order on zambeelartstudio.com, the customer confirms that they have:
- Read and understood this policy
- Agreed to all terms stated above
- Accepted the nature of handcrafted and customized products
